My aim is to create a safe therapeutic space to move people from despair to hope. I do this through fostering an atmosphere of openness and curiosity, so that my clients can make room for the sharing, hearing and processing of their story, difficult emotions and reciprocate this to their significant others. In doing so, shifting unhelpful perception, beliefs and behaviours to enable them to move toward healing, self acceptance and positive relational change.

The healing journey is a process of unlearning patterns that once kept you safe and move from surviving to thriving.
